De nos précédents et nombreux échanges et avec la collaboration active de Madame Paule DELACROIX, nous avons compris la nécessité de revenir sur la course du temps pour pouvoir insérer le Global Monetary Reset (GMR) dans le monde actuel.

Je sais qu’il est nécessaire de faire accepter cette notion, qui surplombe toutes les autres, par tous les intervenants au GMR préalablement à sa mise en œuvre, c’est a cette tâche que je me consacre maintenant puisque mon propre rapport à l’histoire m’y autorise, en me situant de ce fait au-delà de l’OMD dont ce n’est pas la fonction.

Dès qu’un consensus se fera sur ce théme, il sera alors possible d’appliquer le GMR
