Le troisième exercice de l'année est un exercice surprise pour les élèves .
Il consiste à analyser après les deux premiers constats le niveau d'efficacité des alarmes des sorties de secours réaménagées, de la nouvelle aire de regroupement, des mouvements d'élèves et de la compréhension des consignes par tous dans un contexte différent des exercices 1 et 2, et de vérifier la prise en compte des actions déclenchées ou supposées l'être à la suite des précédents exercices.
Exercice du 25 mai 2015 :
-Les alarmes se sont bien déclenchées (Alit) et sont toutes audibles.
-Les issues ont été rapidement ouvertes et tous connaissaient le code d'ouverture.
-L'ensemble des occupants élèves , professeurs et tout le personnel a évacué en 5mn sur le nouveau parking (plus rapide que le premier exercice) dans le calme et selon la procédure indiquée.
-Les gardiens sous la tutelle d'Alit et du chef sécurité ont bien rempli leur fonction
-Les issues de secours sont bien dégagées et permettent l'évacuation de façon fluide
-Aucun embouteillage sur chacune des issues = bonne répartition sur les 3 issues.
Les élèves de lycée sont encore trop lents, ils trainent les pieds et ne prennent pas la situation au sérieux en se mettant en position « exercice ».
-Le nouveau lieu de regroupement (parking) s'avère opérationnel, les classes étaient bien regroupées.
-L'ensemble des professeurs a fait l'appel, avec ou sans carnet d'appel. Le nombre d'élèves a été compté, aucun n'est resté dans les bâtiments.
-Le tour des classes a été effectué par la directrice ,son adjoint et le DAF, nul n'est resté dans les bâtiments.
Mais les portes de classes n'étaient pas toutes fermées.
A faire :
-Bien fermer les portes avant de quitter sa salle (pour éviter les appels d'air dévastateurs)
-Se munir OBLIGATOIREMENT du cahier d'appel version papier.
