Pour répondre a vos questions concernant le chemin que je veux prendre, je dirai ceci :



Dans le contexte mondial actuel, il me semble impossible de pouvoir remplacer entièrement le système existant par un nouveau en effacant le précédent.

Je propose que soit créé, sous mon autorité, une entité dont la fonction serait d’amener les états, les organisations internationales et les grands acteurs de la finance et de l’économie à adhérer aux valeurs essentielles que nous défendons, l’objectif étant de remettre tous ces acteurs « dans l’alignement ».



Je compte pour cela m’entourer de personnes qui, comme moi, ont conscience de « porter l’histoire » avec le sens du Service comme autrefois, dans l’intégrité et dans l’honneur, capables de privilégier l’intérêt général plutôt que leur intérêt particulier.



Afin de mener a bien cette mission, qui ne peut etre menée en tant que secrétaire général au sein de la structure OMD, mais dans une structure nouvelle, sous l’autorité directe du conseil des Anciens, il sera nécessaire pour cela de m’accréditer officiellement pour cette fonction .
